Ferme BioMedFerme BioMed started officially in August, 2007. Our challenge consisted in producing and transforming locally natural products presenting HEALTHY properties. For that purpose, we made our choice on organic farmin of the JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE and on its transformation by a process of FREEZE-DRYING. After 2 years, we are proud to introduce our first product on the Quebec's market.
